BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is hereby amended so as to rezone: A tract of land located in the 2300 block of Hickory Valley Road, and at 6752 Willow Brook Drive, being on the northwest line of Hickory Valley Road and the southeast line of Willow Brook Drive southwest of Willow Trace Drive. Part of lot 73, and part of a tract labeled "Future Development", Willow Trace Subdivision, Unit 2, as shown by plat of record in plat book 54, page 154, ROHC; being part of the property described as Tract 4 in deed book 4624, page 846, ROHC; and being all of said property not currently zoned RT-1. Tax Map No. 138M-A-6 (part) and 6.72 (part). from R-1 Residential Zone and R-4 Special Zone to RT-1 Residential Townhouse Zone. SECTION 2. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this rezoning shall be subject to the following conditions: 1. A 25-foot buffer and a landscaped screen along the abutting R-1 areas in accordance with the conditions as specified in Case No. 1986-323. 2. All existing easements are retained. SECTION 3. BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this Ordinance shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as provided by law.
